FAQ’s:

1. Conference opens at 7:15 am for registration. The first speaker will begin at 7:45 am.
2. Continental breakfast and box lunches are provided
3. If registration is full, you may email debdellinger61@gmail.com to be placed on a waiting list
4. Registration must be by credit card and/or PayPal only.  Checks are not accepted
5. Cancellations after 9/24/2016 will not be reimbursed
6. 6.25 Pharmacology Credits offered
